bpix_logo_pic.jpgBillerica, Massachusetts) August 6, 2009. Broadcast Pix™ has promoted Lisa Trabucco to serve as Director of Operations and Human Resources and hired Bob Poucel as Support Manager. Trabucco and Poucel will work out the Broadcast Pix main office based outside of Boston.

Trabucco has been helping rapidly growing companies for 17 years. Prior to Broadcast Pix, she was the second employee in a start-up and helped grow it to 600 employees, managing its operations and human resource functions. Hired by Broadcast Pix last November to run human resources, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. She has recently been promoted to manage operations, including manufacturing and customer support.

Trabucco brought in Poucel, an industry veteran who served as Senior Customer Support Manager and Manager of Educational Services at Avid Technology. He has also worked at MITRE Corporation, and most recently was a Technical Support Manager for IBM. He received his master’s degree in film production from Boston University, and officially started with Broadcast Pix on Aug. 3.

“Broadcast Pix puts our customers first, and that means providing the best customer support and operations in the business. Lisa has the management ability and Bob has the depth in our industry to help keep our customers productive,” said Ken Swanton, President of Broadcast Pix.
