Broadcast Pix Granite, Mica and Flint are intuitive systems that can be easily operated for high quality productions. Detailed user manuals are provided with each system putting technical resources at your fingertips when most needed. Should you need help, our technical support professionals have a well-deserved reputation as knowledgeable, helpful and accessible technicians, and are committed to working any technical problems to make sure your productions are smooth and successful.  One example of how we can quickly help you is for active warranty customers if an applicable problem warrants it, we can remotely access your system saving time and money for you. Additionally Broadcast Pix offers customized training options for those customers looking to take your live productions to the next level. You can arrange to visit our corporate facility or have us come on location to keep your expenses down and your quality up. When contacting support, we can help you much more quickly and more thoroughly if you provide your name, company/organization, contact number, a description of your problem, and the serial number of your Flint, Granite or Mica System.  The Flint serial numbers start with BPF, Granite serial numbers start with GSC or GSW, and Mica serial numbers start with BPM.  Anyone with a Slate system, your serial numbers start with BPWG. Serial numbers can be found on the status tab on the Fluent View display, or on a sticker on the outside of the hardware.
