New System Warranty Support is always FREE

Technical Announcement:

Broadcast Pix has released links to the only authorized OS patch version for our customer base. The Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) is an antivirus software (AV) product that provides protection against different types of malicious software such as computer viruses, spyware, rootkits and Trojan horses. You can opt to use that or not if you have another preferred vendor for anti-virus help.  For registered customers these links are now on our Support Downloads Tab once you access your account.

Upgrading your software? Login to your account, check the software download tab for links and use your User Manual (Appendix section) for detailed steps on how to update software.  As easy as that!

Join our User Forum today and combined with your BPNet account, enjoy collaboration with other Users world-wide. Share ideas, projects, graphic and clip files with other users 24 hours a day.  Post "how to" or technical questions.  Join by clicking the button on our main page.

Our experience with Broadcast Pix has been stellar from start to finish. Technical support is immensely important for people in my position where budgets do not allow for additional staff to address technical issues. Broadcast Pix is there to take care of the technical stuff – we can draw on their knowledge base as if they were a member of our staff.”
